RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing plan based on the directions endorsed to him/ her by the Marketing Executive or Head of the Department
  • Support the Marketing Executive to the best of his/ her abilities using knowledge and skills in marketing research, branding, customer behavior, analysis, advertising, PR, web content management and other marketing-related fields

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Has a sound understanding of the principles of marketing and business development
  • Familiar and interested in online marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Proficient in writing reports, proposals and correspondences
  • Creative, innovative, flexible, good team player
  • Efficient and goal-oriented
  • Presentable, friendly, aggressive, has the drive and passion to learn and do more
  • Preferably 25 years old and younger

 

 
 

Graphic Designer/ Photographer      Closing Date: 15 August 2010

(Kuala Lumpur)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize and create outstanding advertising and marketing collaterals in adherence to the company’s brand standards and specifications
  • Monitor the marketing calendar and create proposals for display materials
  • Support the Marketing Executive to the best of his/ her abilities using knowledge and skills in graphic design, POP production, photography and visual merchandising

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in using design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other related programs
  • Knowledgeable in POP material production and specifications, photo editing
  • Has sound understanding of graphic design’s importance in branding
  • Knows how to use a professional camera and create commercial photos
  • Good verbal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Creative, innovative, flexible, good team player
  • Open-minded, accepts ideas and makes suggestions
  • Preferably 30 years old and younger

 


Customer Relations Assistant          Closing Date: 15 August 2010

(Kuala Lumpur)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Executive/Manager
  • Coordinating and Managing Customer Service
  • Responsible for Sales Support duties for the company which includes, customer service review, marketing and telemarketing responsibilities.
  • Able to revise or redevelop work given in response to feedback from clients.
  • Receive & reply enquiries from clients through phone calls, e-mail or sms
  • Conduct telemarketing from time to time
  • Manage and keep proper record for all customers
  • Ability to convey responses correctly and accurately towards customers requests or enquiries

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
